Turn a croissant into a sweet Valentine’s Day treat by customizing it with a powdered-sugar “stencil” on top. It’s so easy to do but is guaranteed to make breakfast-in-bed, or a snack at their desk, unforgettable.

What You’ll Need:


Step 1 Tape around the edge of the stencil to extend the area covered.

Step 2 Hold your taped-up stencil over a croissant so it curves with the shape of the pastry.

Step 3 Shake powdered sugar over stencil.

Step 4 Carefully lift off stencil.

For extra sweetness, serve the croissant along with a cappucino with a chocolate heart on top, made using your stencil and powdered chocolate.
