- Red and white long balloons
- Red or White cardstock

Step 1 Blow up your balloon.
Step 2 Twist and shape according to how-to drawing.
Step 3 Cut out heart shape.
Step 4 Punch a hole in the heart and thread ribbon through.
Step 5 Tie ribbon around the dog’s neck for a chic tag.
