Tis serving idea takes a veggies-and-dip spread to the next level, thanks to my friend, caterer Peter Callahan.
Step 1 Lay a piece of twine horizontally along the table, then arrange two overlapping cabbage leaves on top.
Step 2 Place a glass on its side on top of the leaves, all the way to the left side. Roll it to the right, wrapping it in the leaves as you go.
Step 3 Knot the twine, trim the ends, and cut the leaves as needed.
